The City of Auburn contacted PARC Resources to do a feasibility study and business plan for the existing Auburn Theatre. The Theatre currently resides in an historic building and the space is beloved by the community.
The City is leasing the property and the building needs significant improvements. Therefore, the City turned to PARC’s team of experts to conduct an analysis of the structural needs of the space, provide cost estimates, determine economic feasibility, and gather input from the community on the project.
The plan is recently completed and the City is currently in the implementation stage of the project.
