“We worked with PARC for approximately two years for raise funds for the John Day Fire Station. In that time PARC met with our city council, citizen’s advisory committee and city personnel. They developed the feasibility study for Capital Campaign planning for grant writing and prepared ‘case for support’ white paper summary.  PARC assisted the city through the municipal bond process and wrote grant applications for Federal, State and private foundations. We couldn’t have completed this project without the help of PARC Resources; with their assistance the City received $470,000 in grants and $1.2 million in general obligation bonds.”
