PARC worked with the Southern Oregon Head Start (SOHS) to develop a capital campaign plan to build a new Head Start building on the Rogue Community College (RCC) Campus in Grants Pass, Oregon. This included helping to facilitate the relationship between RCC and SOHS to incorporate the new building on campus and include it as part of the early child development curriculum. After completing the capital campaign plan, PARC then supported them by successfully writing grants to capitalize the project.
